Another service from Secure911.net is two-way communication during emergency conditions, be it burglary, fire, police or medical.  This allows the central station to speak to the person requesting emergency assistance in a "hands-free" manner.  This can be most appropriate during situations where a person cannot and/or is unable to use a phone.
