Shipping

The system and its components are shipped from Secure911.net, ready to operate and tested with Blue Ridge Monitoring.  Additional components can be added at a future date.  We have personnel to assist in whatever manner necessary to serve your needs.

Normal shipping is made by ground carrier.  The costs will be included on the invoice.  It is necessary, at this time, to have payment by check or money order.  COD shipments will not be accepted.

There is some information required, with the systems being monitored.  For proper response to the alarm and emergency signals, it is necessary to establish your "file", as a subscriber.  Changes to this information must be made in writing.  The forms can be filled out after shipment, but must be completed before the system is put "on line".

Sometimes there are circumstances which require "special" response instructions, for the monitoring center.  These will be set up, wherever possible, without compromising the security.
